Barefoot Bakery
They are a small artisan bakery based in Oxford. The business began with cakes made at home and sold on a local market stall, and has since grown from strength to strength. Today, they operate from their own production kitchen, running a micro bakery that produces handmade breads, pizzas, savouries and viennoiserie.
Despite this growth, their ethos remains unchanged. Everything is made from scratch, in small batches, using local ingredients and suppliers wherever possible. They avoid additives and flavourings, focusing instead on classic recipes and simple, natural flavours, often incorporating seasonal fruits, vegetables, flowers, botanicals and herbs.

Oxford Cheese Company
The Oxford Cheese Company is a specialist cheesemonger and producer, founded in 1983 by Robert Pouget, known for creating the Oxford Blue cheese in 1995.

Originally a retail shop in Oxford’s Covered Market, it evolved into a wholesale supplier and also produces other well-known cheeses, including Oxford Isis and College White. The company offers a wide selection of UK and European cheeses, along with accompaniments, and is celebrated for its knowledgeable staff and high-quality products.

Mayfield Eggs
Mayfield Free Range Eggs is the passion of three generations of an Oxfordshire farming family, dedicated to providing the best possible care for their hens. The birds roam freely across acres of lush, grassy fields with ample space for natural behaviours such as dust bathing and foraging.
Today, Mayfield proudly supplies the majority of Oxford University Colleges as well as a range of leading Oxfordshire hotels, restaurants and delicatessens.

Grape Minds is an independent wine merchant with shops in Summertown and Wallingford, offering a wide selection of wines, craft beers, and spirits from around the world.

Founded in 2018 by friends Graeme and Michael, they focus on sourcing quality, character, and value in their products. The business also hosts wine tastings and events.
